The reality is that most of us hold onto many, many things that don\u2019t spark joy. It could be the expensive sweater that\u2019s too itchy to wear, but you feel guilty at the thought of parting with it. Or maybe you can\u2019t get rid the guitar you\u2019ve been meaning to learn to play for 10 years. <\/p>\n
Guilt is a terrible reason to keep something. Get rid of the item in question\u2014and your guilt\u2014by giving it to someone who will use it and enjoy it. <\/p>\n
